These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with FEARLESS KID. and to the use of our website.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


1. Applicability

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements with FEARLESS KID.

1.2 Deviations from these terms are valid only if agreed in writing.

1.3 By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms.

1.4 FEARLESS KID. may update these terms at any time.


2. Orders & Agreement

2.1 An agreement is concluded once FEARLESS KID. sends an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

2.2 Electronic confirmation is legally binding.

2.3 We strive to present accurate product information. Minor variations or inaccuracies do not justify cancellation or compensation.


3. Pricing

3.1 Prices are listed in Euro (€), including VAT where applicable.

3.2 Shipping costs are not included unless stated otherwise.

3.3 FEARLESS KID. may correct obvious pricing errors or inaccuracies.

3.4 If prices change after an order is placed, the customer may cancel the order within 10 days of notification.


4. Payment

4.1 Accepted payment methods: iDEAL, Credit Card, Bancontact, Sofort, PayPal and Klarna.

4.2 FEARLESS KID. may refuse or cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.


5. Delivery

5.1 Orders are shipped after payment is received.

5.2 Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur.

5.3 FEARLESS KID. may adjust delivery dates, methods, or locations if necessary.

5.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns Policy, summarized as:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Sale or limited items may be non-returnable

7.2 Eligibility

Klarna assesses eligibility and may perform checks for payment plans.

All designs, branding, content, logos and images are the intellectual property of FEARLESS KID.

Unauthorized use, copying or reproduction is prohibited.

 

9. Liability

FEARLESS KID. is not liable for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
