We understand that sometimes you may wish to change or cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below.
1. Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number in your request.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. When Cancellation Is Not Possible
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
In this case, you may return your order in accordance with our Returns Policy once you have received the item.
3. Refunds After Cancellation
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 14 days
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Important Notes
- We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase
- Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled
- For Klarna payments, refunds will be handled according to Klarna’s own terms
