At FEARLESS KID., we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely and reliably.
Shipping
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers:
DHL • PostNL • UPS
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
During busy periods such as launches or sale events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 1–3 business days
- Worldwide: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the Netherlands, customs duties and import taxes may apply.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
FEARLESS KID. has no control over these charges.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit.
Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU consumer law.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Items must be in original condition
- All original tags and authenticity labels must be attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size changes, subject to stock availability.
Important Notes
- Please ensure you select the correct size and colour before completing your purchase
- Returns must be approved by our customer service team before shipping
- Do not send returns to our shipping address without authorization
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Authenticity Tag Policy
All FEARLESS KID. items include a verified authenticity tag.
If this tag has been removed, we cannot accept the return or exchange.
