Returns & Exchanges

At FEARLESS KID., we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached (including authenticity tag)
  • Returned in original packaging

Please note:

  • Sale items and promotional gifts are non-returnable
  • Returns that do not meet our standards will not be accepted


Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your exchange within 7 working days.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer


Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to size, colour, or items. Orders placed with incorrect details may need to be cancelled and reordered.

 

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

FEARLESS KID. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.

We are happy to provide tracking details and delivery confirmation to assist your claim.

We offer flexible payment options through Klarna, including:

  • Pay in Installments
  • Pay Now

All Klarna transactions are subject to Klarna’s own terms and eligibility checks.
